Science Notebook
An important component of Earth Science this year will be your science notebook. This notebook will hold all of your notes, assignments, labs, and review sheets. We worked on setting up our science notebook in class Wednesday and Thursday. Remember, your notebook should be a 1" to 1.5" three-ring binder with five tabbed dividers.

- January 30, 2008: No Warm Up (Quiz)
- January 29, 2008: Name five organisms that live in the ocean and where you think they live in the ocean.
- January 28, 2008: Draw a picture of what you think the ocean floor looks like.

- January 22, 2008: You have a friend who has never been to the beach - and hasn't even seen a picture! Describe a wave to them.

- January 8, 2008: What do you think the most important step in the water cylce is? Explain your answer.

- January 4, 2008: What is the water cycle. Explain what you know. If you don't know, tell what you think it means.
- January 3, 2008: There is a saying, "Water, water everywhere and not a drop to drink." What does this saying mean?
